Tuesday 1st October – Online briefing* 

Thursday 3rd October – Activation Day

Friday 4th October – Post-event reporting* (remote)

*You must be available for an online briefing shift that will take place at midday on Tuesday 1st October with all stakeholders that are involved in this activation. There will also be a requirement of completing a remote post-event report which will be a two hour allocation of paid time.

Shifts: 

Online Briefing – Tuesday 1st October:12:00 – 13:30 (approx)

Activation Day – Thursday 3rd October: 06:00 – 14:00 or 12:00 – 20:00 (approx)

Post-event remote reporting – Friday 4th October: 12:00 – 14:00 (approx)

Pay: £16.82 (£15.00 + £1.82 holiday pay) per hour

About: Become a part of a unique brand activation in the heart of London! You will represent a financial planning company hosting a state-of-the-art AI installation at Waterloo Station.

Roles and Responsibilities: Brand Ambassadors

The role involves promoting a high level of engagement and interactions, such as scanning QR codes, encouraging social media engagement, and distributing merchandise.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the activation, facilitating customer engagement and maintaining the activation equipment.

You will be required to wear smart black clothes and will receive a £20.00  travel and food allowance for your activation day shift.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous brand ambassador / activation experience, customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
