Pay: £14.80 (£13.20 + £1.60 holiday pay) per hour

About: To end the London festival season with a big finale, we’re working across Annie Mac’s ‘Before Midnight, Waterworks & DnB Allstars Festival at Gunnersbury Park. Each three of these festivals is a huge event in the city’s calendar.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Gates & Stewarding Team:  The role will consist of customer service-based tasks, such as ticket scanning, directing festival goers and acting as a helpful information point upon entry to the event. You will be a welcoming ambassador for the client, ensuring entry operations run smoothly. Our teams are the first point of contact for all festival-goers on arrival – it’s up to us to give them a warm welcome and set a positive tone for their day! 

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• Applicants are required to have good availability across the majority of the event dates
• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
