Rate of pay: £13.57 (£12.10 + £1.47 holiday pay)

About: Experience the adventure, with three days of breathtaking flying displays and balloon launches. Brand new highlights in this year’s programme include flyovers from legendary Spitfire and Tiger Moths, high energy aerobatics, wing walkers, pyrotechnic air displays and much more! Admire intricate twists and turns, formation flying and adrenaline pumping moments as we reach 1000 ft across over two hours of air displays each day.

Roles and Responsibilities: Event Stewards – You will be responsible for ensuring each visitor has an unforgettable experience and assist with queries. The Event Stewarding team plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of the experience. This position involves answering questions about the event, guiding attendees, addressing safety concerns, and assisting with event logistics. 

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• Highly organised and can remain calm under pressure 

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
