About: Bristol icons Massive Attack are taking to The Downs for a hometown spectacular! The event will mark the culmination of 25 years of climate activism on the part of the band, and it’s guaranteed that this is an unmissable event in Bristol’s 2024 calendar.

Roles: Our sustainability teams are at the forefront of helping festival goers reduce their environmental impact at events. Our Sustainability Ambassadors will be responsible for welcoming festival-goers as they approach recycling points across the festival site, explaining the events recycling system and helping them choose the right bin for their rubbish.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
