Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is back! Across multiple locations in the UK, the lucky public can enjoy delicious ice cream from the world leading brand. Oh, and did we mention the ice cream is FREE?!

We’re looking for enthusiastic brand ambassadors to assist with Ben & Jerry’s activations in Gloucester and Windsor. As a brand ambassador, you will be pivotal in welcoming customers and keeping the ice cream flowing! We are extremely proud to be working with a brand that champions powerful values across the globe. Their ethos encompasses Human Rights & Dignity, Social & Economic Justice, Environmental Protection to name just a few.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be acting as a brand ambassador for Ben & Jerry’s acting as a welcoming face to this exciting, fun-packed event!

• You will be giving out pre-packed mini tubs of Ben & Jerry’s delicious ice cream to the public
• Provide information to members of the public
• Be friendly, approachable and helpful to all visitors

Skills and Experience: 

• You must have previous customer service, brand ambassadorship, or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
