Shifts: 30 hours across the festival approx

Rate of pay: £13.57 (£12.10 + £1.47 holiday pay) per hour

Roles and Responsibilities: Cashless Support Team – This role is predominantly a customer service position, where you are there to ensure ticket holders at Boomtown get the best out of their wristbands. Our team will answer queries and assist with card-only top-ups. Cashless systems at festivals are on the rise and are becoming a crucial part of a festival experience and this role is to help the public with enquiries and the system. Must be available for all the dates.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
