Roles and Responsibilities: RFID Customer Service – The RFID customer service team are there to ensure ticket holders at Boomtown get the best out of their wristbands. Our team will answer queries and assist with card only top ups. Cashless systems at festivals are on the rise and are becoming a crucial part of a festival experience and this role is to help the public with enquiries and the system.

Skills and Experience:

  • You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
  • Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
  • A loud voice will be handy
  • A good level of spoken English
  • A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

  • You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
  • You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
