About: A celebration of brewing culture in Bristol and beyond, the Bristol Craft Beer Festival will feature a huge variety of the world’s finest beers from local breweries, alongside national and international big hitters. Plus local food outlets and live music from the finest local DJs, across two days.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Gates Teams: Our Gates Teams are the first point of contact for all festival-goers on arrival – it’s up to us to give them a warm welcome and set a positive tone for their day!

Includes: Welcome Team, Ticket Scanning, Wristbanding, Queue Stewarding

Arena Stewarding: Our Festival Stewarding Team are the eyes and ears of the festival, responsible for maintaining the best experience for festival-goers, with a major focus on friendliness and helpfulness.

Includes: Arena Stewarding, Information Point

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
