Shifts: Sat & Sun 09:00-20:00, Mon 10:00-18:00 

Pay: £13.57 (£12.10 + £1.47 holiday pay) per hour

About: Gloucester Tall Ships festival is a magnificent spectacle and experience for all! The iconic tall ships will be taking centre stage but this year’s focus also expands to include live music, immersive performances, and a deep dive into the adventures that have taken place in the Docks across its nearly 200-year history! 

Roles and Responsibilities: Gates Team: The main role will be ticket scanning, directing customers and being a helpful information point upon entry to the festival. Our Gates Teams are the first point of contact for all festival-goers on arrival – it’s up to us to give them a warm welcome and set a positive tone for their day! There is staff parking available at this event.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• Applicants are required to have good availability across the majority of the event dates
• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
