About: 

Following the success of last year’s sell out Luxmuralis: Space Voyager at Bristol Cathedral, a spectacular new light show is set to adorn the historic building in a stunning exploration of creation and the cultural significance of the four elements. The light show will consider Fire, Air, Earth and Water’s relationship with religion and art history in its show-stopping visuals.

Luxmuralis, a collaborative team of multidisciplinary artists, seek to take their art to interesting areas and structures to provide access to visual artwork in public, and often unexpected, spaces. Their combining of light and sound, as well as fully curated fine art, take audiences on creative journeys of incredible architectural feats around the world.

The collective’s latest project, Force of Nature, is set to delight visitors to Bristol Cathedral this Autumn as it combines ancient architecture with modern creative interpretation. Taking viewers on a journey through each individual element, the cathedral will be divided into four sections, each representing a different one.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for staff to join us as Stewards at “Luxmuralis” on College Green, Bristol. Your role will be welcoming visitors and assisting in positions around the installation.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
