Shifts: 8 – 12 hour shifts (between 3 & 6 shifts across the duration of the event)

About: Iconic Croatian-based soundsystem festival, Outlook, is heading to the UK for the first time in 2022. The event is set to take place in Cheshire’s Cholmondeley Castle.

Outlook UK will continue to celebrate soundsystem culture and bass music much like its early beginnings, where it began in Pula’s Fort Punta Christo some 15 years ago.

The festival is set to take place in the gardens of the 19th century Cholmondeley Castle, near Chester. The idyllic landscape boasts lakes, greenery, and a diverse range of stages, spaces, and surprise spots to backdrop the festival experience.

Lineup: Ghetts, Skream, Fabio & Grooverider and The Outlook Orchestra, D Double E, Goldie, Randall, SHERELLE, Gentleman’s Dub Club, Break, Calibre

Roles and Responsibilities: Gate Supervisors & Managers – Working directly with the event and security teams to oversee the Steward Team, and ensure the safe passage of guests into the festival or event

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
