Promotional Staff – Country 2 Country Festival, The O2 Arena 2026

Location: The O2 Arena, London, SE10 0DX

Dates:  Friday 13th March 2026 – Sunday 15th March 2026

Shifts: 

Friday 13th March, 11:00 – 20:00 (approx)

Saturday 14th March, 09:30 – 20:00 (approx)

Sunday 15th March, 09:30 – 19:00 (approx)

Priority will be given to staff who can work across all 3 days of the event.

Rate of pay: £16.64 (£14.85 + £1.79 holiday pay) per hour

About: Country to Country (C2C) is one of the biggest and most celebrated country music festivals in Europe, bringing three days of live music, entertainment, and fan experiences to The O2 in London. Returning from 13th to 15th March, 2026, the festival welcomes major international country artists, emerging talent, and thousands of fans for a high energy weekend across the arena and wider venue spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Promotional Staff & Stewarding.

You will be a part of a team working on a brand activation.

You will support the smooth operation of the activation by managing visitor queues, maintaining an organised flow of guests, and positively representing the brand. You will engage with visitors by answering questions, discussing the brand and the experience, and encouraging participation where appropriate.

Skills and Experience: 

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English

Candidate requirements:

• Applicants are required to have availability across all the event dates
• You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
