Roles and Responsibilities: 

As an Event Assistant, you’ll work across bar operations and guest support throughout the evening. Typical duties include:

• Assisting with bar setup, service, and restocking
• Providing warm, professional customer service
• Supporting guest check-in, entry, and wayfinding
• Helping maintain a tidy, organised, and safe event space
• Liaising with Supervisors and venue staff to ensure smooth flow throughout the event

Skills and Experience:

• Previous bar, event or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly, confident, and professional under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Able to provide at least two employment references
