Roles and Responsibilities: Wristband Support Team – This role is predominantly a customer service position, where you are there to ensure ticket holders at Boomtown get the best out of their wristbands. Our team will answer queries and assist with card-only top-ups. Cashless systems at festivals are on the rise and are becoming a crucial part of a festival experience and this role is to help the public with enquiries and the system. Must be available for all the dates.
Skills and Experience:
- You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
- Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
- A loud voice will be handy
- A good level of spoken English
- A love of working in the great outdoors!
Candidate requirements:
- Applicants are required to have availability across all the event dates
- You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
- You are required to stay in our Ethical Staffing campsite on-site, where you have access to electricity, hot water facilities and crew showers.
