Roles and Responsibilities: Box Office Team – Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Box Office operation. Our box office teams are not just problem-solvers but anticipators of challenges, equipped to handle all scenarios with experience and efficiency. Must be available for all the dates.
Skills and Experience:
- Existing box office experience is a huge advantage
- You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
- Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
- A loud voice will be handy
- A good level of spoken English
- A love of working in the great outdoors!
Candidate requirements:
- Applicants are required to have good availability across all of the event dates
- You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
- You are required to stay in our Ethical Staffing campsite on-site, where you have access to electricity, hot water facilities and crew showers.
