About: To end the London festival season with a big finale, we’re working across Annie Mac’s ‘Before Midnight, Waterworks & DnB Allstars Festival at Gunnersbury Park. Each of these three festivals is a huge event in the city’s calendar.
Roles and Responsibilities: Gates & Stewarding Team: The role will consist of customer service-based tasks, such as ticket scanning, directing festival goers and acting as a helpful information point upon entry to the event. You will be a welcoming ambassador for the client, ensuring entry operations run smoothly. Our teams are the first point of contact for all festival-goers on arrival – it’s up to us to give them a warm welcome and set a positive tone for their day!
Skills and Experience:
- You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
- Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
- A loud voice will be handy
- A good level of spoken English
- A love of working in the great outdoors!
Candidate requirements:
- Applicants are required to have good availability across the majority of the event dates
- You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
