About: The Dean Forest Railway is a 4+1⁄4-mile long heritage railway that runs between Lydney and Parkend in the Forest of Dean. The route was part of the former Severn and Wye Railway which ran from Lydney to Cinderford. The Dean Forest Railway is a popular tourist attraction in the summer months with family activities on offer.
Roles and Responsibilities: Car Park Marshalls – You will be responsible for traffic and parking management for the car park of the attraction.
Skills and Experience:
- You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
- Car parking experience
- Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
- A loud voice will be handy
- A good level of spoken English
- Highly organised and can remain calm under pressure
Candidate requirements:
- You must be an Irish or British resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
