Event Stewards – Bristol Film Festival 2025 – (Fri 4th July – Sun 6th July)

Location: West Mall Gardens, Clifton, Bristol

Date: Friday 4th July – Sunday 6th July

Shifts: 7.5 – 8.5 hours per day (approx)

Fri 4th July: 15:00 – 23:30

Sat 5th July: 09:00 – 16:30 OR 16:00 – 23:30 

Sun 6th July: 09:00 – 16:30 OR 16:00 – 23:30

Shift options will be discussed with successful applicants. Priority will be given to members of the team who can work across all the days.

Rate of pay: £14.25 (£12.71 + £1.54 holiday pay)

About: Bristol Film Festival is hosting its popular Clifton Summer Screenings, a three-day pop up cinema for film fanatics,  bringing an exciting programme of blockbusters back to the big screen this July. The programme can be found here.

Roles and Responsibilities: Event Stewards – We’re looking for confident, patient and friendly stewards to assist Bristol Film Festival’s Clifton Summer Screening. Our team will be there alongside the event organisers to assist with ticketing and general stewarding.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
• Enthusiastic, polite and confident
• A loud voice will be handy
• A good level of spoken English
• Highly organised and can remain calm under pressure 

Candidate requirements:

• You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
