Shifts:
All days: 06:00 – 13:30 OR 13:00 – 21:00
Priority will be given to applicants who are able to commit to the full duration of the event.
Shift options will be discussed with successful applicants.

About: Prepare for a truly unforgettable experience at the Longleat Icons Of The Sky – one of the UK’s largest and most spectacular aerial and ballooning events.
Across three action-packed days, you’ll witness stunning hot air balloon launches, vibrant shapes filling the skies, and exhilarating aerial displays. As night falls, the illuminated Night Glow will light up the park with colour and magic, followed by a dramatic fireworks finale each evening.
This year, the event will also mark 80 years since VE Day with a daily appearance from a Supermarine Spitfire. The Royal Air Force will be in attendance, featuring the world-famous RAF Falcons parachute team and a Tutor T MK1 aerobatic trainer.
Roles and Responsibilities: Event Stewards – You will be responsible for ensuring each visitor has an unforgettable experience and assist with queries. The Event Stewarding team plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of the experience. This position involves answering questions about the event, guiding attendees, addressing safety concerns, and assisting with event logistics.
Skills and Experience:
- You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
- Enthusiastic, polite and confident
- A loud voice will be handy
- A good level of spoken English
- Highly organised and can remain calm under pressure
Candidate requirements:
- You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
