Location:

Glastonbury Festival, Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset, BA4 4BY

Dates:

Tuesday 24th June – Monday 30th June

NB: There is also a longer date range available to apply to here.

Please note that you will be required to arrive on site the day before your shift pattern begins (within designated hours) to complete your mandatory training and event briefing.

Shifts:

All staff will be required to be fully flexible, and open to working either days (8am-8pm) or nights (8pm-8am) or in some circumstances a combination of both

Shift lengths will be up to 12 hours, and these will be allocated to you prior to arrival on site. There may be variance on this pattern at the request of the festival organisers and we will require all staff to be 100% flexible in relation to any changes.

Please only proceed with your application if you can confirm that you are flexible to working day shifts, night shifts, or a combination of both.

All staff will be required to work all shifts allocated to them on their shift pattern. Failure to attend any scheduled shifts may result in your contract being cancelled, deposit forfeited and removal from site.

It is our expectation that staff will be available to work a shift on every day that they are on site within their shift pattern. All shifts will always include breaks, and a legally compliant rest period will always be enforced between shifts.

Rate of Pay:

£14.25 per hour (£12.71 + £1.54 holiday pay)

Deposit:

All staff members are required to pay a £380 deposit in order to be accepted to work at Glastonbury. Your deposit will only be returned to you once you have completed all of your allocated shifts.

Your deposit will be returned to you up to a month following your last shift and will be separate from your pay. You will only be accepted to work once we have received your deposit. If you are a successful applicant we will be requesting your deposit as a part of our onboarding process.

About:

Ethical Staffing, alongside our sister organisation My Cause UK, has been asked to provide the on-site traffic management team for  Glastonbury Festival 2025.

As part of our Internal Traffic Management crew, you’ll be at the heart of festival operations, ensuring vehicles move safely and efficiently through key areas of the site. You’ll need to be confident, switched on, and able to think on your feet, as you’ll be giving clear directions to drivers, festival teams, and production staff in a constantly changing environment.

This is not a passive role – you’ll need to be alert, assertive, and proactive at all times. Whether it’s managing a busy access route, guiding vehicles through high-traffic areas, or keeping everything moving smoothly during peak times, you’ll be a key player in keeping the festival running safely and efficiently.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, stay cool under pressure, and have the confidence to take charge, we want you on our team.

This training session will prepare you specifically for the role and for working at the festival. Further details of this will be made available in your application process.
