Get ready to bring the vibes to the heart of Bristol! Bristol Old City Sounds is a free, one-day, family-friendly music event produced by Bristol City Centre BID in partnership with Bristol City Council.
Taking over the city centre on Saturday 29th August, the event brings live music, good vibes, and brilliant community spirit to streets steeped in history – including St Stephens Avenue, St Nicholas Street, and the ever-iconic King Street.
Expect a buzzing atmosphere, local talent, and families enjoying the city in full summer swing. We need your energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to help make it exceptional!
Roles and Responsibilities: Stewarding – You will be working with the Bristol BID team during this event. You will be monitoring audience capacities in each of the locations and liaising with the event team, ensuring the locations remain safe for the public. You will be a point of contact for the public with general information and help with any enquiries so you will need to have excellent customer service skills
Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer service skills
- Stewarding experience required
- Confident in busy environments and can keep calm under pressure
Candidate requirements:
- You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
