Location: RHL Marshal Registration Office, Weston Beach Race, Weston-Super-Mare Seafront

Dates: Saturday 4th October & Sunday 5th October

Shifts:

Sat 4th October: 07:30 – 17:00*
Sun 5th October: 07:30 – 17:00*

*Certain shifts will finish earlier, to be discussed with successful applicants

Priority will be given to applicants who are able to commit to the full duration of the event. 

Rate of pay: £14.25 per hour (£12.71 + £1.54 holiday pay)

About: We are delighted to be back for a third year working with RHL Activities on Weston Beach Race. RHL Activities Ltd, is a multi award winning company renowned for organising events within the Offroad Motorsport sector for over 30 years. 

This year, the event celebrates its 42nd anniversary. It’s one of the UK’s biggest off-road motorsport events, transforming the seafront at Weston-super-Mare into a challenging course for solos, quads, sidecars, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gates Team:  The role will consist of wristbanding and ticket scanning upon entry to the event. You will be a welcoming ambassador for the client, ensuring entry operations go smoothly while acting as a helpful information point upon entry to the event.

Skills and Experience:

  • You must have previous customer service, stewarding or similar experience
  • Enthusiastic, polite and super confident
  • A loud voice will be handy
  • A good level of spoken English
  • A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

  • You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
  • You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
  • You must be able to work the majority of the dates listed
