Holly keeps the engine running. As our Workforce Administrator, she’s at the heart of the day-to-day — supporting staff, managing queries, and keeping everything organised behind the scenes. With a calm head and a sharp eye for detail, she helps make sure our workforce is set up for success from the moment they join us.

If you could attend any event in the world, which one would it be and why?

The Olympics & Paralympics! Winter or Summer. Events.I’d love to see are Halfpipe Snowboarding, Skateboarding, Surfing, Ice hockey, Ice skating & Basketball.

What’s your proudest moment from working on any Ethical Staffing event?

I loved working at Boradmasters! It is always so lovely to see people who have never worked together go on to build such strong bonds.
