We are leading with Faith In Nature at Kendal Calling because it feels especially on brand for Ethical Staffing. It brought together a festival setting, a values led brand and an idea that was genuinely useful to the public.
Our team acted as information points, handed out products to festivalgoers and helped spread the message of more sustainable personal care across the site. It was simple and memorable. It was also something people actually appreciated in the moment, which is often exactly why an activation works.
For us, this was a great example of festival staffing that felt like a natural fit. It did not feel forced. It felt relevant to the audience and easy for people to connect with.
Uber One at All Points East
Our work on Uber One at All Points East was a great example of how the right team can elevate an activation.
People with an Uber One membership could be driven backstage to different areas, and our driving team were the ideal addition to that experience, bringing joy and excitement to each trip. They were not simply getting people from one place to another. They became part of the activation itself.

Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day
We also worked on Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day in Manchester and Birmingham and honestly, who does not love free ice cream?
This was one of those activations that feels fun at first glance, but still needs a solid team behind it to keep everything running properly. Busy queues, lots of interaction and a steady flow of people all need handling well, and that is where good event staffing comes into its own.

Country to Country x Paramount at The O2 Arena
We also loved supporting the Country to Country x Paramount activation at The O2 Arena.
With country music having a real moment in the UK, it felt like a strong match of brand, audience and setting. Our team worked at The O2 during the country music festival, helping support the public-facing side of the activation in a busy live event environment.
This is where experienced event staff and event stewards can make a real difference. In a packed arena setting, the right team helps create a welcoming experience and makes it easier for the public to interact with the brand in a way that feels natural.
Crep Protect Guinness World Record Attempt
We also loved supporting Crep Protect at BOXPARK Wembley for a successful Guinness World Record attempt to get the most people cleaning a pair of trainers simultaneously.
This is exactly why we love brand activations. Ideas like this are fun, unexpected and a bit out of the ordinary. They catch people’s attention, get them involved and turn a simple idea into a real public moment.
It was also a brilliant example of how our London event staff can adapt to different event needs. For this activation, our team helped with counting and supported compliance with the official record attempt rules, making sure the detail was looked after while the event itself kept its pace and sense of occasion.
Ideas like this are right up our street. A little unexpected, slightly out of the shoe box, and exactly the kind of activation people remember.
That is the thread running through all of these activations.
Whether it is handing out sustainable care products at a festival, driving guests backstage, supporting a brand at a major arena show, keeping a public giveaway running smoothly or helping deliver a record breaking stunt, the right team can make a huge difference.
