As the event fields start to rest, we’re taking a look back at an unforgettable 2025 summer season, a year that saw Ethical Staffing’s event staff supporting some of the UK’s most iconic festivals and live experiences.

From the rolling hills of Glastonbury to the theatrical chaos of Boomtown, our incredible teams proved once again why we’re trusted across the live events industry.

Glastonbury: The Beating Heart of Our Festival Season

In 2025, our event staff took on one of the most complex responsibilities on site: operating internal traffic management across the entire festival grounds.

From the moment gates opened, our team was at the heart of it, coordinating vehicle movements, guiding artists, suppliers, and crew through busy access routes, and keeping one of the world’s largest temporary cities moving safely and efficiently. It’s a role that demands razor-sharp communication, teamwork, and stamina. Our staff delivered an unfathomably good job in what can only be described as a full-on, fast-paced operational environment.

Despite the intensity, our crews maintained their signature calm professionalism and positivity, keeping vehicles flowing, managing pressures in real time, and ensuring everyone reached their destination safely. 

The result? A smooth, controlled operation at the UK’s most iconic festival and a huge testament to the skill, spirit, and resilience of our incredible team.

Boomtown: Gates, Box Offices, and Eco Bonds

At Boomtown, our crew took charge of some of the most complex operations on site, managing main gates, box offices, and eco bond returns. This meant being the first and last friendly face for over 70,000 attendees, ensuring smooth arrivals, accurate ticketing, and efficient eco bond processing.

Our teams balanced operational precision with personality, creating a warm, professional welcome that set the tone for festival-goers entering one of the UK’s most imaginative events. Boomtown has always been about creativity and community, and we’re proud that our event staff help make that magic happen each year.

Additionally, we have a close working relationship with WEEZ & Kaboodle on-site, as we help operate the cashless systems across site.

A Season of Standout Events

Beyond the big fields, Ethical Staffing delivered at a range of exceptional events across the country. From the breathtaking Icons of the Sky at Longleat Safari Park to the buzz of Love Saves The Day, our festival staff were on the ground ensuring operations ran seamlessly from open to close.

We were also proud to support the Bristol Film Festival, where our event teams worked across screenings and guest services, and the National Bell Ringing Competition, where precision timing met warm hospitality. Whether managing gates, supporting audience experience, or providing specialist site staff, our teams proved that great events depend on great people.

Looking Ahead 

As we reflect on our summer season, we’re grateful for every staff member, supervisor, and partner who made this season one to remember.
