Successful Campsite Management

During Secret Garden Party, our team of 30 night stewards remained vigilant, ensuring smooth event flow and attendee safety.

Managing diverse responsibilities, our stewards acted as campsite crew across the 15,000 capacity festival. These included patrolling the grounds, managing campsite hubs, and reporting health concerns immediately.

Information and campsite hub management is a crucial role at festivals, as attendees are reassured they have the support they need. From crowd control to emergency response, our stewards receive rigorous training.

An important training session our staff received was delivered by Safer Spaces, a CIC dedicated to preventing domestic abuse and sexual violence against women and girls. They achieve this through education, training, and immediate specialist support at festivals and events. 

We were honoured to play a part in the return of Secret Garden Party while supporting the public, day and night.
